Throughout the building of western society, human beings have fought the battle of duality; logic versus feeling.
We are here at this specific time in the worlds evolution to make this difficult (yet necessary) shift from head to heart. The legacy of the Golden Heart is our destiny. In truth, for generations and through lifetimes, the legacy of our open, golden heart has led us to where we are now.
Life has taken its time, through twists and turns, urging us to evolve and learn our own hearts song. That which we share with the world. This is a retreat of remembering the magic that resides inherent in your existence.
Colombia and its vibrant culture exude an open hearted spirit. Our week together is invitation to release and dive into greater intimacy with our own magic, healing power. This is the legacy of the golden heart.
Since the rising of monarchies, true magic had to be hidden. It went agains the means of oppression and control (of organized religions, law and social structure) and was one of the greatest threats to the building of society. For how could ordinary people possess great power to live freely?
Our ancestors (and even us during our past lives) lived through the shame, playing small and of hiding our magic. Due to immense fear of being found out, we suppressed our ability to be in connection with the divine.
As a result, the mind became so strong, that logic became dominant key to survival. During this retreat we will be making this big switch, to activate the golden heart towards greater trust, wholeness and wellbeing.
Spirit is an unstoppable force that runs through us and our retreat invites us to reconnect, opening the flow of inspiration so that we can travel (physically and metaphorically) towards clear internal purpose and ultimately to support consciousness in it’s evolution.
This retreat is your initiation, the activation of the legacy of your frequency.
This is a 7 day, 8 night luxury retreat which will include top quality meals, lodging on an elegant 9 acre property in the countryside of Medellin, Colombia. We’ll be going on excursions to sacred spots, practicing daily meditation, going deep into breath-work, daily superfood and collagen smoothies, fresh juices, dancing, yoga, healing sweat lodge, and a 60 minute massage is included.
Shared accommodation is available and you’ll be sharing a room with another amazing person(s) coming to the retreat.

Retreat arrival Sunday, 9/21 (for those flying in that night, you’ll be picked up from the airport and brought to the retreat) If you decide to fly in early and explore, you’re welcome to check in on Monday morning beginning at 10AM.
Retreat will begin on Monday 9/22 at 12PM
Retreat ends Sunday night 9/28 with checkout on Monday 9/29 (rides will be given to the airport this morning) If staying locally, enjoy breakfast and check out by 11AM.
