Frequencies are what rule our lives. Frequencies have different resonances, some are measured with higher resonance, while others with a lower one.

A lower frequency would be the frequency of abuse for example. Before finding frequency work, I had several run in’s with people that I couldn't explain. They’d scream at me at work. Friends would be super rude and mean to me, bailing on me or just getting really upset with me for things I know I didn’t do. A woman even came up to me once and started screaming at me after I smiled at her and her husband in a sub shop before pushing me and chasing me after I walked out.

But how could I explain this?

It was all frequencies. I was running the Frequency of Abuse. So energetically I had a tag or light on that said: “Hey, I’m used to being abused and mistreated, anyone who runs the frequency of being an abuser, come over to me and take advantage!”

The same goes for the frequency of creativity, but it’s more on the opposite spectrum. It is a higher resonating frequency. I run that frequency very strongly so I will go around friends and ask them about their projects and they’ll automatically get into more of a flow state knowing how to fix their problems all of a sudden.

A friend of mine runs the frequency of efficiency really well. When she’s around, I can get things done and navigate complicated situations easier and I always find clarity just being around her.

These are all the effects of frequencies…

As we release our lower resonating frequencies through HyFi, we begin to experience life on a higher level and things become easier and lighter. That’s why we’re propelled to do more frequency work once we start. We can sense clarity, a lightness and more of the awesome parts of ourselves, and that’s due to the release of lower frequencies and increase of more of the higher ones! As we do this and go out in the world with our higher frequencies, we get to impact a lot of people to do the same thing, raising the collective vibration of the planet and allowing our consciousnesses to evolve into a higher state.

FDP also means mental block, societal program, or illusion. The Frequency Distortion Patters are what keep us stuck.

For example:
The frequency of scarcity will keep us poor. The frequency of abuse will keep us mistreated, the frequency of being a victim will keep us a victim, low confidence FDPs will keep us in a state of feeling stuck and helpless, etc.

All of the negative patterns or aspects of ourselves are distortions we want to release and be free of. As we release these patterns, our resonance rises, and we become more highly vibrating.

Sometimes, when we are releasing a lot of distortion at once, whether that’d be after a session, during a series, or prior to a retreat (pre-tox), we don't feel very well. That is called a detox. A detox can be physical, like getting sick, backpain, or headaches, or something completely different (like going number two a lot.)

Other times, detoxes can be mental, like when you’re looping in thoughts you know aren't true or you are not sleeping well, or you’re maybe having nightmares. Even though it sounds horrible and it is uncomfortable, detoxing is a big function of upgrading your reality and shifting your life on the material plane.

We’re making changes that people in traditional approaches would take years to make, so our physical, mental, and emotional bodies have to go haywire or sometimes shut down for a moment to reset and update us.

Your resonance is your vibe. Just like with food, when you eat healthier foods like organic, local vegetables, lean protein, coconut water, or avocado, your body feels better than when you eat pizza, hot dogs, or a tub of ice cream. What we want is to get in contact with the higher, healthier vibes, and stop interacting with the lower, less healthy frequencies.

Your resonance is super important because it is the outline of the life you have. If you change your resonance, you can change your life. Think of each one of your habits as being on a resonance scale; smoking is of a lower resonance, while running is of a higher resonance. Something positive like running could still have lower level things attached to it, like ‘trying to prove yourself or trying to feel good enough’ and that’s why you run. But it’s possible to raise your resonance no matter where you are in life.

We are all supported by consciousness levels and beings that are of super-high resonance that want us to thrive and make shifts in not only our lives, but also the ones of our families, communities and the world. This is the evolution of consciousness, and we are all pioneers for spirit, working to raise the resonance of the planet and of humanity.

We release FDPs through frequency work. That means, listening to meditations or being around people of a higher resonance who have climbed the ladder of releasing their own heavy FDPs.

This all works like a pull system. The people at the top are stronger and can pull more people up. The more people they impact, the stronger they get. Eventually, you’ve released enough of your own FDPs’ heaviness, your frequency resonance rises, and you start to pull others up too!

The illusion of separation is what makes us forget that we are of the stars. Of course, many of us who are on journeys of awakening or remembering our true nature as a part of the ‘bigger picture’ know that we are here for a reason. However, the veil keeps us in a loop of feeling separated from that grandness of ourselves. We pierce through the veil when we are of a certain resonance or during profound moments in our lives. At times, those mystical experiences of confidence and purity can fuel the next chapter of clarification, where we’re releasing more. The illusion is part of the Earth School, what we’ve agreed to by coming to be humans here on earth at this time.

Remember, you are not your emotions, your distortions, or your circumstances; you are much more than that. You are highly vibrating at your core; you just need to uncover that and remember that you’re here for a reason.

You matter.

Upgrade is what happens to you when you’ve released a ton of FDPs or distortions, and it brings you to an upgraded reality. However subtle, the changes bring your life more ease; colors are brighter, food tastes better, and you even catch yourself not going into old triggers. When you go through an upgrade, you've made it past the detox and the release.
