You'll bring your own tent and bedding; make it as luxurious as you'd like. We suggest comforters, luxe pillows, favorite sun dresses, and shorts/tank tops.
Go make-up free all weekend if you like. We're here to embrace ourselves into more self-love through witnessing as a group of empowered women who aim to thrive in every area of life.
Healing is an integral part of this weekend, with a sound bath, movement classes, and expressive art class that will connect you to your spirit.
Sometimes, being witnessed in a group allows us to make the changes we have been waiting for. Our intention with this retreat is to go deep and nourish and process through our difficulties, burdens and let them go. We’re calling for a sense of reset and higher connection to our inner goddess.
Meals:
Friday night dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on Saturday. Sunday light breakfast. Healthy, Whole Foods made with intention; local and organic.
